What you'll do

• Complete receiving reports and tare sheets
• oversee unloading and tare procedures
• rotate receiving bays
• separate incoming potatoes by sugar levels and foreign material
• collect and test samples and record results
• check solids and testing accuracy
• request repairs and report issues
• clean receiving areas and waste pit
• reject loads that do not meet company standards
• follow safety and good manufacturing practices.
