What you'll do

• Operate as an independent mental health professional and maintain business records
• conduct assessments, establish diagnoses within scope, create treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy
• complete clinical and payer documentation
• maintain licenses, credentials, liability coverage, and continuing education
• manage scheduling, client communication, cancellations, and continuity of care
• comply with HIPAA, ethical standards, payer requirements, and applicable laws
• communicate about billing, credentialing, documentation, or client-account concerns.

Why this role
