What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, mobility, and transfers. Administer medications as prescribed if trained and authorized
• support life skills and community involvement
• follow Individual Support Plans and Positive Behavior Support strategies
• respond to emergencies
• document services and communicate with families, guardians, and supervisors.
