What you'll do

  • Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and other facility systems
  • troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • complete carpentry, painting, drywall, and mechanical repairs
  • inspect facilities
  • respond to work orders
  • assist with equipment installation, contractor coordination, facility upgrades, and emergency repairs
  • maintain logs, tools, and work areas.
