What you'll do
- Provide direct support, supervision, and engagement
- assist with daily routines, therapeutic activities, and structured programming
- monitor safety and use approved de-escalation techniques
- support intake, orientation, and transitions
- escort and transport clients as needed
- provide educational and behavioral support in school settings
- document interactions, progress, and incidents
- participate in meetings, training, and supervision
- fulfill mandated reporter responsibilities.
