The In-Home Caregiver role is based in Hillsboro, Tennessee, and provides onsite care in clients’ homes. Pay is $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, including clients served through VA and CHOICES programs. The caregiver supports clients with daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, medication reminders, companionship, errands, and individualized care plans. The role helps maintain a safe home environment and reports changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, personal care, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands

• report changes in client condition.
