What you'll do

• Operate brewery packaging equipment
• package beer to daily production and quality goals
• monitor equipment and make routine adjustments
• perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• respond to product or equipment issues
• complete production records
• follow safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• support changeovers, startup, shutdown, and equipment cleaning.
