The Recruiter — Home Healthcare Staffing role is onsite in Plymouth, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $22–$26 per hour, with bonus opportunities. Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned home care agency serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is hiring caregivers throughout the South Shore. The recruiter attracts, interviews, hires, and onboards caregivers to help meet staffing needs. The role manages candidate communication and hiring steps, coordinates with the Scheduling team, and works toward weekly hiring goals and recruiting metrics.

What you'll do

• Recruit caregivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sources
• create and manage job postings
• screen applicants and conduct interviews
• schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• complete background checks and pre-employment requirements
• conduct orientation and onboarding
• maintain employee records
• attend recruiting events as needed
• coordinate with Scheduling
• meet weekly hiring goals and metrics.
