What you'll do

• Provide direct care
• assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• support individualized service-plan goals
• accompany clients to outings, appointments, and social activities
• teach independent living and communication skills
• maintain a safe environment
• complete daily documentation and reports
• communicate with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members
• follow agency policies and state regulations.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and age 18 or older required; previous caregiving or human-services experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport clients are required.
