What you'll do

• Meet with new and returning patients to understand goals and guide them toward appropriate treatment plans in partnership with the surgical team
• explain procedures, process expectations, and financing options
• coordinate follow-up with patients and the in-center clinical team
• manage and proactively follow up on the patient pipeline
• keep the center team informed and focused on patient experience.
