What you'll do

• Set up and operate the grill station
• prepare menu items accurately and efficiently
• manage multiple orders
• maintain cooking temperatures, portioning, and food quality
• complete daily prep and stock the station
• follow recipes and food safety procedures
• maintain a clean work area
• assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
• coordinate with the kitchen team.
