The Industrial Maintenance Technician, Metal Stamping and PLC Troubleshooting role is onsite in Roselle, Illinois. Compensation is $32–$35 per hour. The technician supports an established manufacturing company’s production operations. The role maintains and repairs industrial production equipment to keep machinery safe, reliable, and efficient and to minimize downtime. It combines mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting with preventive maintenance and coordination with production staff.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery
• resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures
• troubleshoot PLCs, electrical schematics, and three-phase power
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• maintain metal fabrication equipment including stamping presses, feeders, uncoilers, roll formers, resistance welders, rivet machines, and press brakes
• interpret diagrams, drawings, manuals, and PLC logic
• replace defective components
• maintain maintenance records
• assist with spare-parts inventory and vendor coordination
• perform general facility maintenance
• work with production personnel to minimize disruptions.
