What you'll do

• Respond to daily maintenance requests
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in through general repairs, cleaning, and painting
• participate in snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule
• maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
• coordinate with vendors and support timely completion of unit turns.
