The role helps maintain reliable performance of critical power systems through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and detailed service records.

What you'll do

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on static transfer switches, power distribution equipment, and remote power panels
• support customers onsite, by email, and by phone
• maintain detailed service records
• provide emergency response for critical incidents
• participate in scheduled 24/7 incident-response time slots
• travel to customer sites in the US and Canada.
