The Transportation Litigation Attorney is a full-time, hybrid position in Seattle, WA. Annual compensation is $190,000–$225,000. Wilson Elser is a national law firm with more than 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices; this role is in its Seattle office and supports representation of a large international logistics services provider. The attorney manages transportation-related litigation from case initiation through resolution, conducts legal research, drafts litigation documents, and represents clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations. The role also negotiates resolutions and works with colleagues across offices to provide clients with sound counsel and proactive case strategies.

What you'll do

• Manage litigation matters from beginning to end
• research and analyze transportation laws, regulations, and legal standards
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
• attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
• negotiate settlements and agreements
• collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices
• prepare case-analysis reports and proactive resolution strategies for client stakeholders.
