What you'll do

• Coordinate availability of staff, supplies, instruments, and equipment for scheduled procedures
• work with surgeons, staff, materials management, and vendors on preference cards and equipment needs
• implement and recommend updates to department policies and procedures
• support regulatory compliance and staff education
• collaborate with managers and educators on onboarding and training
• participate in performance improvement, cost containment, and quality initiatives
• support communication and teamwork across the department.
