What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for production runs
• read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• modify programs and offsets
• select and install tooling and fixtures
• inspect first pieces and perform in-process quality checks. Use precision measuring instruments, adjust machines to maintain tolerances, troubleshoot machining and tooling issues, maintain production and quality documentation, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with supervisors, programmers, and quality personnel.
