What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meals, and hygiene
• use patience, reassurance, and redirection
• monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or mood
• obtain and record vital signs as directed
• document care
• follow infection-control procedures and licensed nursing staff direction.
