The Property Accountant role is hybrid in downtown Denver, CO. Pay is $65,000–$85,000 per year. New Earth Residential is a social impact real estate management company whose Urban Village program promotes sustainability and social responsibility in residential communities. The accountant manages full-cycle accounting for approximately 16 multifamily properties, supporting accurate financial records, reporting, treasury, and property operations. The role also contributes to accounting department projects and development.

What you'll do

• Perform full-cycle general ledger accounting and month-end close
• analyze financial statements
• review the general ledger and reconcile balance sheets and bank accounts
• prepare and post journal entries and supporting workpapers
• process banking transactions
• enter corporate invoices
• issue financial reporting packages with the operations team
• complete additional assignments and projects.
