What you'll do

• Depending on certification approvals, conduct quality-of-earnings analysis
• review revenue and EBITDA sustainability, working capital, cash flow, and capital structure
• validate assumptions and projections
• perform downside, stress-test, sensitivity, and break-even analyses
• identify and document risks and red flags
• assess deal quality and investment readiness
• draft investment memos and executive summaries
• review data rooms and documentation
• benchmark transaction comparables
• prepare summary reports.
