What you'll do

• Represent clients in litigation involving professional liability or labor and employment
• attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case-management conferences
• conduct legal research and discovery investigations
• draft discovery, motions, case evaluations, orders, settlement agreements, affidavits, pleadings, and memoranda
• review discovery and deposition materials and prepare summaries and updates
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with clients about legal analysis, status, and advice.
