Residence Worker — Shelter Support

What you'll do

• Log visitors and greet residents and visitors
• complete arrival packets, exit logs, and occupancy forms
• document incidents and maintain required logs
• conduct partial intake assessments, crib audits, room checks, hourly rounds, unit inspections, and wellness checks
• distribute notices and mail
• coordinate food distribution
• prepare shift summaries and handoff documentation
• collaborate with security and custodial staff
• respond to emergencies
• support family transitions and move-outs
• prepare vacant units.
