What you'll do

• Own and administer the ADP Workforce Now HRIS
• manage onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
• assess HR systems and data integrity
• configure and deploy HRIS enhancements
• develop workforce dashboards and KPI reporting
• provide executive and ad hoc analytics
• support headcount planning
• maintain HR data governance
• support compliance, audits, acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring.
