What you'll do

• Lead, coach, train, and develop Area Supervisors and operational employees
• monitor productivity, quality, labor efficiency, and service standards
• visit customer locations to audit work
• oversee crew scheduling and staffing
• manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and vehicles
• support customer relationships
• track labor, production, expenses, billing, and forecasts
• maintain safety and compliance practices.
