Center-Based Behavior Technician

The Center-Based Behavior Technician is an onsite role located in Salem, OR, with a pay range of $19-$20 per year. This position supports the Centria Autism team in providing specialized care to children on the autism spectrum. This role exists to provide direct ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting, helping children develop critical communication, social, and daily living skills. The technician follows individualized treatment plans, collects behavioral data, and assists with caregiver training to ensure consistent progress for each client.
