What you'll do
- Assess and continuously monitor premature and critically ill neonates
- manage respiratory support, including ventilated infants and advanced airway devices
- administer weight-based medications, IV fluids, and nutrition
- respond to neonatal emergencies and participate in delivery room resuscitation
- maintain developmentally appropriate, thermoregulated environments
- educate and support families.
