What you'll do
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members.
- Manage staffing and recruiting strategies.
- Monitor New Hire Enrollments and assist with annual Open Enrollment.
- Draft and transmit offer letters.
- Maintain job descriptions.
- Maintain internal and external job postings.
- Conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews.
- Participate in conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
