What you'll do

• Conduct investigations into claims of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination
• Provide investigation findings and summaries
• Partner with operational leadership on policy violations
• Conduct data analysis on complaints and monitor trends
• Partner with internal and external counsel
• Draft responses for external complaints
• Conduct HR training on work environment matters
• Represent the People partner team on projects
• Serve as an advocate for employees.
