The Manufacturing Quality Manager works onsite in Londonderry, NH, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports SemiGen’s manufacturing and office facilities and quality management operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee quality acceptance standards for manufacturing processes and product quality. Ensure ISO certification compliance
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
• serve as a primary customer and supplier contact for quality issues and audit requests
• oversee inspection processes, calibration, data management, and process controls
• lead continual improvement and the Material Review Board
• and train and mentor the quality team.

Why this role

Requires 5–10 years of quality-system management experience in manufacturing and experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and IPC-610. U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. residency is required.
