What you'll do

• Lead member service and bar operations
• maintain opening, closing, cleanliness, and setup standards
• develop and enforce back-of-house procedures and the Bar Manual
• train and coach staff
• assign roles
• maintain standards for cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• develop seasonal cocktails
• and communicate shift notes and operational updates to beverage and food-and-beverage leadership.
