The School-Age Childcare Staff – Before and After School role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, at Minadeo Elementary School and Manchester Elementary School. Pay is $13.50–$22 per hour, and the schedule follows the school calendar, with morning hours from 7:00–9:30 a.m. and afternoon hours from 3:30–6:00 p.m.; either or both programs may be available. Healthy Kids Programs provides before- and after-school programs and aims to make childcare accessible and affordable for families. Staff facilitate curriculum-based activities, provide a safe and engaging environment, and serve as positive role models. The role supports children’s learning, creativity, confidence, and growth while assisting with program operations such as attendance, registration, and staffing.

What you'll do

• Facilitate fitness, STEAM, academic, art, group activities, and homework completion following the Healthy Kids Curriculum

• follow state, program, and host-school guidelines
• support attendance records, registration, and staffing as needed.
