Employment Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide individualized employment case management and job-search support
• coach young people on applications, resumes, cover letters, follow-up, and interviews
• facilitate employment workshops and groups
• maintain records and employment data
• coordinate job fairs, career exploration, and vocational program visits
• oversee internship programs and monitor progress
• develop employer and community partnerships
• support service integration and assigned direct-care duties.
