What you'll do

• Manage sales and service results, budgets, operating expenses, and overall P&L. Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate staff. Manage employees, route completions, evaluations, and daily operations. Oversee collections, customer account billing, and updates
• maintain service quality and customer relations. Protect company assets and meet budget goals. Conduct field ride-alongs, oversee vehicle maintenance, and manage office functions including payables and petty cash. Provide strategic updates to executive management.
