Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Goodfield, IL. Pay is $19–$20 per hour, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, and every ninth Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. VIVO designs, manufactures, and supplies products for workspaces and living spaces. The representative supports customers by answering product, order, and shipping questions and resolving returns, refunds, and replacement issues. The role coordinates with marketplace representatives and helps ensure customers receive accurate information and appropriate replacement products.

What you'll do

• Answer product, order, and shipping questions by email, phone, and live chat
• resolve incorrect returns and issue refunds when needed
• work with marketplace representatives to resolve cases
• create replacement-part labels
• cancel orders before shipment when needed
• ship and test replacements.
