What you'll do

• Manage inmate labor and team members during kitchen preparation and service shifts
• serve food during planned meal schedules according to department procedures
• prepare food using kitchen equipment and recipes
• serve portions according to menus and nutritional needs
• train food service workers
• promote a healthy and safe work environment
• stand for much of the shift and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, and walking.
