What you'll do

• Maintain employee information and process HRIS changes
• coordinate payroll-related data with Finance
• develop HR reports, dashboards, and queries
• review data integrity
• manage onboarding, status changes, and terminations
• administer benefits and support open enrollment and employee education
• administer leave and accommodation requests and workers’ compensation matters
• compile HR metrics
• support HR projects and training
• identify and implement process and workflow improvements
• provide first-level support for routine employee relations matters, maintain documentation, and escalate complex or sensitive matters.
