What you'll do

• Operate and monitor case-packing and Baumer machinery to package dairy products
• inspect packaging quality and remove defective cases
• clean, sanitize, lubricate, and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment
• record production data and equipment metrics
• follow food safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices
• coordinate with production, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
