Senior Club Manager — Pieper Hillside

What you'll do

• Direct daily site operations, staffing, scheduling, building use, and maintenance
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• monitor training and reporting
• maintain community and school relationships
• document operations and prepare reports
• ensure program and contract compliance
• oversee safety, security, and incident reporting
• create and monitor budgets
• manage Wisconsin Shares and other subsidy programs.
