What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members
• oversee onsite maintenance and project contractors
• manage maintenance metrics and initiatives
• assist with capital and operating budget planning
• inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds
• use CMMS and maintain SAP, Kronos, and KPI records
• coordinate staffing and scheduling
• review work quality and site inspections
• address operating problems
• contribute to root cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance
• support employee development and recruiting
• and reinforce safety, food quality, and regulatory compliance.
