What you'll do

• Lead site and master planning with clients and civil engineering teams
• develop building system concepts and documentation from schematic design through construction administration
• support project pursuits with scope and fee development
• lead integrated architecture and engineering teams
• oversee project team members and discipline work plans
• conduct and document code, material, and product research
• develop or edit specifications in RIB SpecLink
• sign and seal documentation prepared under direct supervision
• attend project meetings
• review bidding and construction submittals
• monitor quality of project services.
