What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned provider roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation
• build candidate pipelines
• partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
• use job boards, networks, social media, and direct sourcing
• maintain ATS data
• ensure regulatory and credentialing compliance
• represent the organization at job fairs and professional events
• coordinate onboarding and credential verification
• track and report recruitment metrics.
