• oversee audiovisual system installation, setup, and configuration as required
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• serve as the client point of contact
• lead and mentor project teams
• conduct post-project evaluations
• track project expenses and time billing
• identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
