What you'll do

• Complete clinical assessments, addendums, reassessments, and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale assessments
• prepare service authorization and continued-stay documentation
• review service plans, notes, logs, summaries, and reports
• conduct chart reviews
• provide individual and group supervision
• support onboarding and training
• monitor staff performance and documentation
• conduct performance evaluations
• monitor service quality and compliance
• review electronic health record reports
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• support departmental performance objectives.
