What you'll do

• Start and stop the machine
• perform parison controls
• monitor material controls including weight distribution, regrind levels, and tail lengths
• conduct regular quality and visual checks
• prepare the machine for mold changes
• ensure goods meet quantity and specifications
• record production and shift problems
• perform line clearance and autonomous maintenance
• maintain housekeeping
• assist with mold or color changes as needed.
