Assistant Swim Coach

What you'll do

• Conduct regular practice sessions and provide on-deck coaching
• work with the head coach and other coaches to implement the program consistently
• guide swimmers in setting and achieving goals
• implement training plans
• evaluate swimmer progress and provide individualized feedback
• assist with planning and coordinating home swim meets
• communicate with swimmers, parents, and club management
• stay current with coaching techniques
• follow club policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
