What you'll do

• install, configure, and maintain computers, software, peripherals, and mobile device management solutions
• diagnose desktop, laptop, mobile-device, and field-equipment problems
• assist with technology acquisition research and recommendations
• maintain IT process and troubleshooting documentation
• collaborate with IT colleagues to improve mobile and field-device support.
