Special Education Teacher

What you'll do

• Develop lesson plans, daily agendas, testing materials, and grading
• coordinate with school districts and educational institutions regarding testing and IEPs
• maintain attendance, observation, portfolio, progress, testing, and lesson-plan records
• augment textbooks with current educational resources as needed
• assist the treatment team with educational goals and objectives
• attend staffing as required
• use assessment tools to measure program effectiveness
• maintain client records required by licensing, funding, and certification codes.
