What you'll do

• Own the finishes roadmap and lifecycle
• harmonize colors, naming conventions, specifications, master standards, and customer-facing tools
• partner with engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, sales, and marketing
• lead commercialization of new or improved finishes
• assess market and customer needs
• support portfolio governance, pricing recommendations, training, and lifecycle decisions.
