Field Service Engineer

Job overview

The Field Service Engineer role is primarily on the road, with weekly local and regional travel to customer facilities and hotel stays four nights a week after a two-to-four-week training period at the Holland, MI facility. What you'll do

• Perform field installations and startups, preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance tests
• document installed product performance
• train users in product operation and maintenance
• troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate refrigeration, electronic, and electromechanical systems
• coordinate customer service calls
• explain retrofit benefits
• maintain knowledge of warranty and service policies
• and keep vehicle, maintenance, service, and travel expense records.
