Speech Therapist in Clinton Township, MI. This is a hybrid position (based at Clinton Township, with 2 days/week alternating between Waterford & White Lake sites), full-time, with a salary range of $36.00 - $45.00/Hr. Powerback Rehabilitation is a leader in physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. This role focuses on helping patients communicate, swallow, and overcome speech disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist designs and executes therapy plans, working with patients to restore and enhance their abilities, and collaborates with a rehabilitation team.

What you'll do

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
• Take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services.
• Design the plan and work with patients to execute those plans.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities.
• Adapt to the needs of the patient.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills needed to promote independence and productivity.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area.
